It provides policyholders and their immediate family with fast, convenient access to healthcare support — including remote GP consultations, second medical opinions, mental health support and physiotherapy referrals.

The service is designed to complement NHS care by giving policyholders quicker access to medical advice when they need it. Remote GP appointments are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week — by video or phone — so you don't have to wait weeks for a routine appointment.

If you've received a diagnosis and want reassurance or an alternative view, LV= Doctor Services can arrange a second opinion from a specialist consultant — helping you make informed decisions about your treatment.

Access to mental health consultations and support, including the ability to speak to a mental health professional. Designed to help policyholders address concerns early before they escalate.

Physiotherapy referrals

Remote physiotherapy consultations and referrals for musculoskeletal issues such as back pain, joint problems and sports injuries — without needing a GP referral first.

Prescription services

Where clinically appropriate, GPs can issue private prescriptions following a remote consultation, which can be sent to a pharmacy of your choice.
